Intermac Genius 37/61 CT-RED is the automatic CNC table designed for straight and curved cutting of monolithic glass. The machine is of interest for beginners in glassmaking and also furniture enterprises, which do not have large volumes of processed glass. The table has a wide range of additional options (break rails, loading levers, vinyl cutting, label printing, etc.), thanks to which it can offer its owner high functionality.
POLISHED WORKING TABLE
the frame is made as a rigid sanded frame, on which panels of sanded wood are superimposed, which provides excellent flatness of the working area, necessary for optimal work on cutting and breaking glass.
HIGH-PRECISION MECHANICS
The slideways of the cutting bridge and the helical rails are installed without compensating plates in the slots cut by the metal-cutting machine directly in the frame, which ensures the cutting accuracy of 0.15 mm and reliability of their operation.
WORKING HEAD
The Genius RS-A has a Hi-Tech workhead with an automatic working pressure control mechanism that enables precise adjustment of the cutting force from start to finish.
