Intermac Genius 37/61 CT-A is an automatic glass cutting table designed for straight and curved cutting and breaking of flat glass. The machine is of interest for medium and large glass and furniture companies that have large volumes of processed glass. The table has a wide range of additional options (break rails, loading levers, vinyl cutting, label printing, etc.), so it can offer its owner high functionality.

POLISHED WORKTABLE

The frame is made in the form of a rigid polished frame, on which panels of polished wood are superimposed, which provides excellent flatness of the working area, necessary for optimal work on cutting and breaking glass.

HIGH-PRECISION MECHANICS

Sliding guides of the cutting bridge and helical slats are installed without compensating plates in grooves cut by a metal-cutting machine directly in the frame, which ensures cutting accuracy of 0.15 mm and reliability of their operation.

WORKING HEAD

The Genius RS-A tables have a Hi-Tech working head with an automatic operating pressure monitoring mechanism, which allows you to precisely adjust the force developed by the cutting roller from the beginning to the end of cutting.

CUTTING 200 M / MIN

Thanks to the high cutting speed, the machine shows good performance indicators.

ACCURACY ± 0.15 MM

The head positioning accuracy is maintained throughout the entire machine operation time.

MACHINE CONTROL SYSTEM

PC-based CNC Intermac Windows Numerical Control-installed on a regular personal computer with a Windows interface, provides extremely easy and intuitive use of the machine for the operator.

2. 15” flat-screen LCD monitor with keyboard and mouse;
3. full compatibility with network systems, optical and magnetic media;
4. built-in modem.

IEDIT SOFTWARE

The new IEdit cutting editor, made in the Windows environment, allows you to make straight and curved cuts without using an optimizer program, which is especially convenient if you need to make a quick cut.
